Summerson Digital Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 15, 2026
1. Monthly Google Business Profile Management ($269/month)
Summerson Digital provides ongoing Google Business Profile management services on a month-to-month subscription basis.
Services may include:
- Profile optimization and updates
- Category and service adjustments
- Google post publishing
- Review response management
- Photo additions
- Profile monitoring
- Minor profile improvements as needed
Service begins after payment is received and required Google Business Profile access is granted. This is a recurring subscription billed at $269 per month. There are no long-term contracts.
2. Google Business Profile Verification Assistance ($99 One-Time Fee)
If a client’s Google Business Profile requires verification before service can begin, a separate one-time $99 verification assistance fee applies.
Verification assistance includes:
- Guidance through Google’s verification process
- Scheduling support for video verification (if required)
- Instructions for postcard or other verification methods
- Monitoring until Google marks the profile as “Verified”
This fee covers one verification cycle only.
Verification assistance does not include suspension appeals, reinstatement services, re-verification requests triggered after initial approval, or ongoing management services. The $99 verification assistance fee is non-refundable. Monthly service does not begin until the profile is successfully verified and the client activates the $269/month subscription.
3. Billing & Cancellation
The $269/month subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] prior to the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.
No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Google rankings, visibility, traffic levels, and revenue outcomes are influenced by many factors outside of our control. Summerson Digital does not guarantee specific ranking positions, lead volume, or business results.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful business information, grant required Google Business Profile access, maintain compliance with Google policies, and respond to verification or information requests in a timely manner. Delays in access, communication, or compliance may delay service delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Summerson Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the most recent billing cycle.
7. Payment Authorization
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment and accepting these Terms, you authorize recurring monthly billing (if subscribing), acknowledge that the $99 verification fee is separate and non-refundable (if applicable), and confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
